Cleaning your ND555

Cleaning the Front Display Screen of the ND555 should be done with the cloth supplied in the box. No other cleaning substances should be used.

Yes the ND555 has a separate DAC for each channel.

ND555 can be upgraded with Super Lumia interconnect or a second 555PS.

Do I need to ground my streamer?

Select the default position unless the product is connected in a hi-fi system incorporating another earthed source component, or mains ‘hum’ is audible through the loudspeakers.

How do I change the brightness on my remote control?

Pressing the Brightness button toggles through 4 different illumination states.

The Internet Radio signal keeps dropping in and out

If the router is located a long way from ND555 itself it?s possible that internet latency is reducing throughout. If the radio keeps dropping out using a wireless connection, try a wired Ethernet connection.

Can the ND555 front panel buttons be programmed?

No the front panel buttons can not be programmed.

Can ND555 be used as a soundbar?

The digital inputs can be connected to a TV and supports stereo audio, however you must make sure that the TV audio output setting is set to PCM stereo out if using the digital input, as ND555 does not support Dolby or DTS encoded audio.

After a factory reset, my Bluetooth device can not reconnect to ND555, why?

A factory reset clears the Bluetooth history, meaning that your last connected device will not be able to reconnect. You need to delete the pairing on your Bluetooth device and pair again to ND555. For more information, see the ”Bluetooth Options: Forget a Bluetooth Connection” topic.

ND555 isn't playing music files on my USB drive

The ND555 can handle NTFS, HFS and FAT32 formatted drives to allow playback of music files. You may need to re-format your USB drive. Make sure to back-up all data on the USB drive before re-formatting. For more information on supported file types, see the “Specifications” topic.

How do I change Internet Radio presets?

To add Radio Station favourites select the station you wish to add and touch the Star icon. To remove a Radio Station favourite press the Star icon to deselect it. Alternatively, navigate to the Radio Favourites list and touch the … icon next to the desired station. Then touch Remove from Favourites.
