Extended warranty

For UK customers, Naim Audio offers an extended 3-year warranty on selected product lines (giving a total of 5 years warranty on the eligible product).

Please note the extended warranty is not available for the Mu-so or Qb.

For the extended warranty to be valid, customers must register the product with Naim Audio within 6 months of purchase. Any registration outside of the 6-month window will not be eligible for extended warranty.

The extended warranty will cover full parts and labour.

The extended warranty will not cover damage or defects caused by abnormal or unreasonable use (including repairs or alterations of products by a person other than Naim Audio or its nominated repair centres).
