Mu-so 2nd Generation won?t pair with Bluetooth on my iOS device.

This happens if you have previously paired your iOS device then performed a factory reset on Mu-so 2nd Generation. Delete the unit from the iOS Bluetooth device list as shown below and pair again. Check that ‘Open pairing’ is enabled in the Naim app Bluetooth settings.

  1. Ensure Mu-so 2nd Generation is turned on.
  2. Touch Settings.
  3. Touch Bluetooth.
  4. Touch the ’i’ next to the unconnected Mu-so 2nd Generation.
  5. Touch ’Forget this Device’.

Then follow the ’Connect Bluetooth device’ tutorial in the First Time Installation section.
