fter a factory reset, my Bluetooth device can not reconnect to Mu-so 2nd Generation, why?

A factory reset clears the Bluetooth history, meaning that your last connected device will not be able to reconnect. You need to delete the pairing on your Bluetooth device and pair again to Mu-so 2nd Generation.
